Would anyone know the address of the first (original) Buddy’s place. I believe it was somewhere around 2nd ave & 64th Street. Thanks.

I have a coming attractions postcard from what I believe was the original Buddy's Place and the address is 123 West 33rd Street

incidently the list includes Stan Kenton, Don Imus, Linel Hampton, Dizzy Gillespie, Count Basie and Buddy.

The post mark is Oct 9 1973 (I think.. it's a bit faded)

Thanks. I didn't know (until now) that there were 2. Apparently there was a restaurant named the Bumsteer that provided the food for the club. I have a menu as well.

Regards
